Doyle Construction is a second-generation custom home builder headquartered in Tumwater, building across Olympia, Lacey, Yelm, and the rural lots between. Most of our custom builds run between $750,000 and $1.5 million, and every one gets a complete budget, schedule, and specification set before anyone pulls a permit.

Most Doyle custom homes land between $750,000 and $1.5 million all-in. Land, site work, square footage, and finish level drive the number. Our pre-construction phase produces a complete budget before you commit to building.
Do you build inside Olympia city limits and on rural county land?
Both. City lots in Olympia, Tumwater, and Lacey come with utility hookups and city review; rural county parcels usually involve wells, septic design, and county permitting. We've built plenty of each.
How is building on a wet or treed Thurston County lot different?
Drainage, clearing, and soils work move to the front of the project. We evaluate the site before design starts so the plan, and the budget, reflect the actual lot rather than a best-case guess.
