An award-winning transformation of a 1960s waterfront home.

The story

We completely transformed this 1960s waterfront home on Eld Inlet, overcoming difficult property access to deliver award-winning results. The remodel won both Judges' Choice and People's Choice for Best Remodel at the 2024 OMB Tour of Homes.

Our team reimagined the entire structure with Northwest Craftsman design elements: quartzite countertops, finish-in-place hardwood flooring, and custom wood details throughout. Even challenging properties with limited access can become exceptional homes.
